During all 2000 he composes new piece that will create his new album I Must Be Wrong helped by the performers of professional musicians deriving from the musical classical world (flute, oboe, trumpet, double bass, string quartet). The 2001 is the year of the decisive change: Nicola crowns his dreams to know personally Sir Paul McCartney and to present him his cd “I Must Be Wrong”. That encounter spurs him to dedicate with renewed passion to his compositions and confirm the idea that he has always had about his idol: a man with great humanity and a genius of the music. He gives his first performance on June 2001 and earns a wide success and shows off the pluck of a real “stage animal”. |

On
2001 he is committed in the realization of musical piece for the cd
Light
and Silence (ed.Elfland) working
together with his father, which photos illustrate the cd. While his
attending the musical florentine environment, thanks to the friend
guitarist and collaborator
Massimo Fantoni, he knows the future members of his group, that appreciate immediately his music, with which he estabilishes the right feeling, shares the musical
choices and create Glass
House Band. |

In the 2003 he's ready for several concerts with his GHB formated with Roberto Bitossi, Marco Spinelli, Gianluca Caputo e Salvatore Pagano. They made many "contest" in Tuscany arriving in the first place. In the same time Nicola's come in studio to recorder new songs. One of these is a jazz and a Sitar and Violino composition. In their first 2004 concert, the 24 January, Nicola succesful to play a performance with the images of his father Andrea Barghi, working with the rithm and the time of the songs. |

In this period he's working to new studio and live projects, with some kind of collaboration like the new GHB and some musician, one for all the friend of him Elia Martellini.
